Blakely's First Birthday

 

 

The 4th on Arkansas.

The 4th on Arkansas St. has become a tradition that has stretched nearly 40 years. Growing up the only time the parade was missed was during All-Star tournaments out of town. It's nothing exciting, at all, but the event is just the kick off to the day. Later in the afternoon there is a neighborhood potluck which usually leads right up to fireworks. We decided to take Dash to Napa for the firework display. 

First Haircut

Dash's mop was starting to get into everything so we had to get it cut a few months shy of his first birthday. It took a few weeks of sending shaggy haired pictures to finally convince Trina.
